As the year winds down, it’s time for one last update from Stretch Strategic Leadership. As many of you know, Darcy has transitioned to a full-time position as COO for Bryan Equipment. It has been an incredible 5 years of learning from such a talented strategic planner, and I am beyond excited to carry forward what I’ve learned to help leaders and teams thrive in the future. We’ve had the honor of working alongside so many inspiring leaders, teams, and organizations, helping them stretch toward their fullest potential. From strategy sessions and workshops to values-driven culture building, leadership training, and team empowerment, every moment has been meaningful and rewarding.

- A new learning portal will be launching, offering no-to-low fee opportunities for career and personal growth. This includes resources on career launching, job hunting, professional development, personal growth, and a growing list of tools to help you LOVE YOUR WORK! It’s time to make everything I’ve learned available in an affordable way.
