The training is a high energy and fun program designed to help your team learn how they are wired and how they see and relate to others. A mix of teaching and learning experiences, this class helps your team have moments of clarity about their behaviors and interactions with one another.  There are many laughs and moments of clarity during the interactive class. Classroom exercises can be adapted to meet your specific team needs. Many companies request this class on a recurring basis to continue to learn more about how to operate and communicate effectively. A Birkman assessment is required for each participant. (Class size limited to 16)

Problem Solving and Decision Making

Our newest class taps into the latest studies on how the brain works and how we process data. When we collect, sort, analyze and prioritize data, we often distort reality and form illogical conclusions. We’ll retrain your brain to see things as they really are and to respond appropriately.

The Science of Communicating

The success of every team and organization starts with clear communication. Conversely, the breakdown of communication leads to lost profit and productivity. In this course, the group will learn a series of Culture Activators.  These are proven processes developed by Seligman, Glasser, The Harvard Business School, Gordon and other thought leaders. When used by everyone, they provide an impactful method for speeding up communication, increasing safe ways to have difficult discussions, and ultimately producing a powerfully healthy culture. Everyone leaves these classes equipped to listen and speak to one another with increased clarity and effectiveness. (Class size limited to 20)

Change Management & Time Management

As a certified Change Management consultant, Cyndi will train your group on the science of change, how we respond to change from a neurolinguistic and reactionary behavior and how planning and time management will allow your strategic initiatives to thrive. Touted as one of our most eye-opening courses, you will learn to plan for success in all initiatives the organization puts in place. (Class size up to 40)

Organizations succeed when everyone on the team understands Purpose, People and Process of working towards a shared Vision.  Our trademarked High Performance Team Model teaches how to build teams, analyze issues on teams and move quickly to expand the output of a team of people. We provide and hands on team building exercises that push people to learn and utilize the process in real time. We will also work with your team in an ongoing hands-on environment to execute a project while training the leaders involved. (Class size limited to 20)

The number one reason people leave their jobs is due to bad managers. This class trains the leader and team member to have powerfully productive One on Ones. The process breaks some rules of traditional One-Up meetings and empowers team members to own their careers. The class utilizes proven methods to learn to give and receive feedback. This is a critical process in having highly motivated and empowered people that many organizations get wrong. Getting it right can lead to continual growth and refinement. (Class size limited to 30)

A powerful program designed to safely go deeper in understanding one another.  A highly interactive and insightful training that provides space for each person to learn about their individual wring, tendencies, strengths, tactics, and blind spots. This course is for those who have already taken the Birkman Assessment. With ten self-paced modules, it takes the understanding of Birkman to a more advanced level to make your Birkman more “actionable” in everyday life. The Birkman is a great tool, and this training gets down to the heart of your results.

STRETCH PERSONAL STRATEGIC PLAN

Strategic Planning is not just for organizations. Developing your own personal strategic plan helps ensure your goals are aligned with what matters most to you. With this training, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your unique strengths, core values, purpose, and long-term vision.

We begin with assessing the individual with tools and feedback. This helps to better understand who you are and how others experience you. This is your starting point – and, when connected to your goals, helps determine how much you need to “stretch.” Together, we will identify, not only the “what,” but the “why” and the “how.”
