This course is for those who have already taken the Birkman Assessment. With ten self-paced modules, it takes the understanding of Birkman to a more advanced level to make your Birkman more “actionable” in everyday life. The Birkman is a great tool, and this training gets down to the heart of your results.

STRETCH PERSONAL STRATEGIC PLAN

Strategic Planning is not just for organizations. Developing your own personal strategic plan helps ensure your goals are aligned with what matters most to you. With this training, you’ll gain a clearer understanding of your unique strengths, core values, purpose, and long-term vision.

We begin with assessing the individual with tools and feedback. This helps to better understand who you are and how others experience you. This is your starting point – and, when connected to your goals, helps determine how much you need to “stretch.” Together, we will identify, not only the “what,” but the “why” and the “how.”
